Jimbo Fisher's 2016 buyout is $5 million

Fisher's buyout will be $5M in 2016, $3M between 2017-18 and $1M before 2019.

We pay Les 4.3 million, buyout will cost us about 1.9 a year. We can pay this guy 2 Mil a year, and use the remaining 400k and give Frank a raise to stay on as Recruiting Coordinator. Take Cams salary and split between Frank who is now OC and Jabarr Julukke as RB coach.
Keep Grimes, Keep Ensminger, Dump Steel and give his salary to Coach O as the new DC. Let Frost bring in his own guy as a Def asst and hire his own Special Teams guy. Boom we spend no new money and have assembled the greatest recruiting team on earth.

I'd rather Frank to stay at RB coach. Let him keep recruiting studs to carry the rock. Yeah, he can do that as OC but no thanks.

Grimes can recruit. The issues have been we don't have a true tackle. Weathersby did an outstanding job in pass protection. Vadal ain't no tackle. Also losing the FB and TE have really hindered the blocking. Grimes has brought in tremendous talent on the line. Clapp, Teuhema are gonna be all-SEC Guards.
