Well, I'm still standing by my posts and have been consistent since midday yesterday. One of my old employers was a booster and I was fairly close to them. After a phone call yesterday he told me about being pissed over Jimbo and how big a mistake his all was - other boosters assured that Jimbobwas coming. According to him they were quite wrong and that's what's upsetting a lot of boosters behind the scenes.

I already posted all of this.

Got off the phone this morning and it's not looking good. LSU pretty much has nobody locked up now and this has all the makings of a coaching search without a sure fire candidate. Some of them still want Miles and no longer want to pony up the money. Quite a few apparently want no part in this and the circus that is going on, and hate that their names are associated.

I really think Alleva's days are numbered now. It might be next year, but I wouldn't be surprised now if a change is made.

It wouldnt have to be a prolonged coaching search as u wouldnt have to go further down the list than Tom Herman.

You are getting bad information. The boosters are not being asked to pay for Miles is buyout. Miles' buyout could be as little as nothing if he gets another job. Worst case scenario it's a little bit over a million a year which the athletic department can easily handle.

Coulda woulda shoulda... Jim Mora already explained what that means. The point is they DIDN'T tie or take the lead in the third qtr because they got totally DOMINATED in the second half of all three games!!!

OP DALSU, Are you related to DAL4FSU the poster on the FSU blog who indicated you didn't think Jimbo was making $8,000,000 a year as he stated on his radio show in response to a caller who warned Jimbo that the Gators play their best games against good teams? Jimbo stated "I get $8,000,000 to prepare this team, how much do you get"? It was determined that he actually gets $5,000,000........ Maybe the similarity of the names is just a strange coincidence?

This is much closer to the truth. Not that BS being spewed about LSU locking up a coach under contract and, for some reason, waiting till Wed to announce it just because.

Or waiting for both coaches to finish out their regular seasons? After all, Alleva said Miles wouldn't be evaluated until after the conclusion of the regular season.

DALSU- stop your bull chit. You and I both know you don't know chit. People like you crawl from under rocks during situations like this. Your two word comments should tell these people that. Give it a rest. When this is over you can Geaux back to being nothing & crawl back under your rock.

This guy is playing on the fact there is a 50% chance Les is let Geaux. If he is then he comes off as having inside info, and during the next ordeal he will crawl out from under his rock and pray on those that are reaching for any information. Anyone of us can be correct on Les being gone.so I say Fisher is not leaving FSU. Miles will be let Geaux. I will be somewhat correct and DALSU will be somewhat correct.

You keep saying this, but it is not like booster's specific names get thrown around at the end of something like regarding who did and did not support a move. Nobody really digs into that. They just say the big money bolsters wanted him out and wanted jimbo. So, it makes no sense that some alleged big money booster would be willing to join in, throw his dick around to push les miles out for jimbo and then be worried about his name getting around. It makes even less sense that someone with that type of power would call up a former employee and voluntarily spill such dirt if everything is falling apart.

This whole thing is crazy, but this story combined with a low post count is less believable than some the other craziness being thrown around.

Les was notified a number of days ago...our coaches and players already know, everyone knows this is going down tomorrow.

You don't engage these kind of things unless you have a coach ready to rock

You just don't do it that way

That's right. The way he said it, the most obvious interpretation was super bowl winning, but he did leave it open. Like he does.
