Hawkins? He's 6'5-6'6 305lbs with long arms.

Lael was 6'4 305lbs at the combine. Nobody said he was "too small". And Hawkins is an inch or so taller.

With the success of Collins and Trai Turner as O-Linemen in the league, Hawkins could benefit with a good LSU rep behind him.

Hawkins will be a top 30 tackle in the league. which means he will start. Great move by Jerald. Go get that money you earned.!

He's going top 3 rounds and with his physical talents are shown at the combine, he has an outside shot at 1st round.

Plus LSU has 4 starting OL that I know about. Turner was on the all rookie team and is in the pro bowl this year. Whitworth is a 2x pro bowl and was 2nd team all pro in 2014. Barksdale is a starter for the Chargers and Collins is beasting on the Cowboys.

Lol dude Teuhema is not moving to Tackle. He and Clapp have the potential to be All-SEC Guards at least. Weathersby will more than likely be Right Tackle, Pocic will be moved to Left Tackle, and at Center I believe it's wide open.

IDK, didn't seem like he did as well as he should have in my opinion this year. Got beat on the edge quite a few times. He really could have done another year and really helped his progression but I could be wrong. I really don't see him going 1st round though that is pretty wishful thinking.

I'm obviously happy for him but I think he'll struggle. He's not big or strong enough to play RT or guard in the NFL. He's perfectly built for LT, but he has problems with speed & the bull rush. In a perfect world, he should stay to add weight/bulk/strength. But as another poster said, staying 5 yrs is a lot to ask. Go prove me wrong Hawk!!!! Thanks for giving it your all in the trenches of the SEC
