Jennings is 9-4 as a starter. Harris is 8-4.

Harris with more physical talent. However... I wish I could call you an idiot for bringing this up but I can't. Last month of the season was UGLY for Harris.

It's almost like we have a coach who had proven himself totally, utterly incapable of recruiting & developing QBs out of high school time and time again over the past eleven (ELEVEN!) years. We are the school where QB's dreams come to die.

I agree. I wouldn't be surprised to see Jennings if Harris stinks up the bowl game. Then again, Les Miles.

If they had played the McNeese game their records would be exactly the same. Just saying. But, then again, what is the point of this thread?

Jennings actually managed the offense better. Take away the hot chocolate game vs Arkansas.

Wow great insight. I wonder what Harris would be at if we played McNeese. Tell me oh wise one what were their completion percentages and yards per completion?

Um Jennings didn't win that New Mexico st game that's for sure.

Any ways you are including a bowl game. We haven't even got there and Harris missed a cup cake win.

Just stop

the score was 21-0 when Harris came in, but I hope you are proud of booing him off the field anyway.

Take your own advice. You have turned into a pretty shitty poster since the end of the season.

Hindsight is 20/20, I think we all just got mesmerized by Harris physical talent. Think we would have got more out of the QB position THIS SEASON if we had stuck with Jennings but now that we have gone with Harris we need to stick with Harris moving forward. Can't just keep swapping QB's every season.

Great point and I agree. I think the move to Harris was clearly a move to the future, to give him the reigns this year was to get him ready for 16 & 17. Its another thing to keep in mind re: why Miles still has his job, he was trying to create some momentum for next year.

Jennings looked very impressive in his first start, in a most difficult scenario vs. Arkansas. I think either Jennings or Harris could accomplish great things with the proper coaching.

I would say Jennings had a better defense and special teams and maybe offensive line around him. Harris actually made some big throws. Harris helped us win a couple games. Every win with Jennings was in spite of him. That doesn't mean Harris was some world beater but there was a big gap between the two.

True but Harris doesn't seem to be much better.

Lucky for him LF shines so bright that fans seem to not really focus on the qb position as in years past.

Can't hide it though.
Ask Bama, ark and ole miss

I'd liked to have seen Jennings get another shot while Harris was missing wide open receivers the past three games.
