You people will do anything for JJ. Its insane. Its like that parent with the terrible child who just won't accept it. We don't need JJ nor does he deserve the opportunity. Any one of our 4 stud running backs could have punched that ball in from the 1 yard line. Also wit Lee in there they could possibly think pass. JJ offers nothing but a busted play option at QB. I don't understand why people can't understand that. We're an I formation play action team which is a much better fit for Lee. This possibly could have been last year had our coach made the right decision at QB.

I got no gripes with JJ. Personally when Lee drives the team down the field I think he should get the opportunity to finish the drive. Les did this last year at the end of a game. I do not recall the game but I remember thinking it sucked.

How bout last year when JJ drove us down and JL came in to finish it with a pass? You ok with that?

And you bring him in and let him score the TD from the 1 foot line?

First of all, he wasn't brought in to be rewarded with a TD. They didn't "allow" him to score. It was 4th & goal and our best short yardage back was out with an injury. A QB sneak was the obvious call and Jefferson is much better at it than Lee. End of story.

ETA: For the record, I didn't think he would be on the field so soon and I'm actually a little disappointed that he was. But the thought of booing never crossed my mind.

We really needed him to be the one to sneak it in from the 1 foot line against freakin' KY?

You've got a guy who 10 eyewitnesses say he kicked in the face while he was on the ground. He was arrested on a felony, but it was reduced to battery just because he didn't do enough damage.
And 25 witnesses saying he didn't.
Of course being such a great LSU fan, you automatically feel he's guilty.
Would you give benefit of doubt to your own brother or father?

Yup. Quite obvious to me that the players understand "team" and "strategy" much better than fans. As they should.

I don't understand what harm it caused. Why not get something on video for Florida to prepare for next week? Even if he doesn't play a single snap, you've showed them formations and plays that they have to prepare for.

Did we "need" him to? I don't know, and it seems like the coaches didn't want to chance it. Lee can't move, everyone knows that. Maybe he would have gotten in, maybe he wouldn't have.

We scored. We won. I think that's the point. You'd think we did neither.

This exciting season is quickly turning into the opposite of fun. I hate our fan base.

It's in the same article denoting 10 for prosecution. Of course you only see what you want to see.
Not all were football players, if that's your next angle.
