Your reading comprehension is lacking, Nesbitt had guys open the entire game and could not hit them, what do you not understand about having intermediate and deep routes open all game? He had two easy TD's Tech's first two drives which would have totally changed the complexion of the game and didn't execute. Your argument has offered little to change the fact that Nesbitt is a well below average passing and is exposed against good run defenses. Why do you think LSU kept the Bama game close in 2008?

Maybe they're playing for the national title because McElroy is doing exactly what it takes to lead his team to a NC. He's running the offense with few mistakes, knows the playbook, knows how to read defenses, knows the progressions and can think on his feet quickly, a la Mauck a la Flynn. F all the stats! Don't need gross athleticism at the QB position. Just win......
