Prayers to your son that he gets well. Those are great tigers and more important great men.

Prayers sent for you and your family. Hopefully he is doing well.

My friend was nurse there. She said they were awesome.

Hang in there. Miracles happen! I am one of them!
Previously, my cancer had a 10% survival rate after 2 years. They gave me a chemo pill developed for another cancer and my tumor has shrunk more than 80%. I have regained the 65 pounds I lost. I am now at the pivotal 2 year point. New techniques are being found almost every day!
When I was at my weakest point, I had a visit from someone that had your son's type of cancer when he was in high school. He has graduated college (not LSU) and is now working full-time. As a side job, he is very active making deliveries for his brother's business. I will never forget how encouraging his visit was to me.
There are happy endings! Prayer helps!

Oh Wow that's Dana Dugas' boy.
I hate, hate, hate that this has happened to them.
I go back 30 years with her, what an unbelievable sweety.
Praying hard for that young man.
*Edit-Dana/hubby-praying for you.

Ok, Dana is going to want to know who you are. She is still a sweety. We're ya'll friends at Woodlawn or LSU?

I can't say my name. I went to private school but was a Woodlawn guy basically because all my friends went there. And I knew her at LSU as well-she was a DG as I recall- and I hold her in very high regard. You married a keeper. Prayers to your family. As parents, there really is no way to adequately display our love and admiration for our children. You tell the little man he has more prayers out there then he will ever know.

Maybe she will know who you are from your description. Yes she is a keeper. 27 years and 5 kids. Thanks for the prayers. Not even your initials to give her a hint?

Thanks for sharing ... you're right. We hear so much bad that it's great to hear the good that these young men do.
And cancer SUCKS ... I'm hoping to run the St. Jude half marathon in Memphis in December to raise money for St. Jude, which OLOL is a part of (or at least used to be).
Prayers for Parker and your family.

The family family has my thoughts and prayers.
Thanks to those LSU football players, too.
