For once, LSU just really needs a game manager at QB to have a good season.

I don't know how any QB could better exemplify a game manager than Jefferson. I mean the chief complaint about him right now is that he's reluctant to risk throwing the ball into coverage. The trouble is that this is our least effective rushing attack since at least 2006.

Hmm. I guess Miss State isn't a BCS school are they?

Really? You went to all the offseason practices and saw he was still making the same mistakes as a freshman?

No but I get off the fricking computer occasionally, something you should try, and watch the news. They reported several times that Lee threw interceptions in scrimmages.

You've seen Lee play enough this year to know he is still making freshman mistakes?

Again, dumbass, he was still making them at the beginning of this year in no pressure scrimmages; imagine him in front of 93,000 screaming fans.

Again twisting facts, the defense scored against Washington/State so Jefferson did not put up 30+ a game.

Jefferson lead the team to 30+ a game you idiot. How do you not understand what I'm saying? He didn't kick field goals or make pick sixes but that doesn't change the fact that the team still scored 30 points. In the Auburn game we scored 24 points and Lee accounted for 7, but people are still talking shite about how great he played.

powerful and truthful facts...JLee faced tremendously harder competition and had terrible field position all the time.

Lee desrves a shot atleast 1 series against Auburn. Hopefully Miles figures this out before the entire season goes down the hole

So Jefferson led the defense to scoring?
We are talking primarly what the offense did which was not score 30.

I like how the fact we are finding holes in your suppose logic you get mad and start with name calling though.

1) People give Lee credit for the Auburn game because he led the comeback and no, Lee accounted for atleast 14.

2) Jefferson has nothing to do witha picksix so why would he get credit for leading it. Once again you are trying to screw with the facts to make them sound good. Jefferson gets credit for the offensive drives, not what the defense does.

We are talking about this year not last year. This year he has sucked. You cant even argue that. This year he has put up 30 on 1 BCS school Washington. Washington is not that good. Jefferson has gotten worse as the season has gone on. Why not see what Lee can do this year. How do you know he hasnt made vast improvements over the off season?

Lee isnt airing it out to the endzone but atleast he can lead a drive passing wise when the defense is not in prevent. Lee showed he can throw the deep ball last year. He should have had 2 40+ yard TD's against Bama's defense last year. The first one Byrd caught but the second went right trough Mitchell's hands.

Really? You went to all the offseason practices and saw he was still making the same mistakes as a freshman? Jefferson has made plenty of mistakes and cost us the Florida game. It doesnt matter what his fricking age is, as a redshirt you dont spend alot of time studying the playbook, you study alot of opponents film to imitate them at practice. You've seen Lee play enough this year to know he is still making freshman mistakes? Brilliant statement right there.

Not necessarily, Miles has been proven to be hard headed. Jefferson should have started the Troy game but Miles didnt want to change QB's. Miles doesnt like to be wrong and admit to making mistakes. If Lee comes in and tears it up Miles will look like a fool for not playing him.

Wait, so your evidence that Lee can throw the deep ball is the Alabama game? The game where the Alabama safety had like 3 interceptions, including one returned for a touchdown and one in OT?

I bet what Miles doesn't want is to exacerbate whatever QB problem we have by constantly flip-flopping starting QBs, destroying each QB's confidence and setting up neither for success. If you attribute Miles's actions to his ego, then I will promise you that his ego is most satisfied by winning.

Go back and tell me what games Lee lead the offense to over 30 points and over 20 points. I'm honestly curious because I know that he didn't do it by himself. I took the time to look up my stats, and you're doing a great job of twisting them around without giving me anything about Lee. If you want to "contradict" my logic then take the time to look up facts and give them to me.

He proved his ability to throw the deep ball in that game and auburn. What he did the rest of the game is a different story. All three of those balls were beautifully thrown.

I don't care who starts, but at least use accurate stats, don't just use the ones to fit your argument. Makes it easy to poke holes all throughout the argument.

No big guy, I'm looking at the breakdown and he threw a TD pass and so did Keiland Williams. He accounted for 7 points.

Well, you're not wrong. There's little right and wrong in this debate. Just that Lee has had time to mature and things are obviously not working for JJ right now. I'm not saying replace him as much as let JL in for some series here and there.
