Before that, you have to go back to 1980 for the next time LSU won by more than 2 scores.

I say we win fairly easily. But most people I talk to think you have to respect Florida. If a couple of bounces go the wrong way it could be a different ball game. Floods has decent talent and anything could happen.

The national media totally tried to hype this game with the 2003 Chris Leak comparisions.

More afraid of ut based on our lack of success historically against them and the gift they gave us last year

Florida has never had a worse qb situation, and LSU has never had a better defensive situation if you consider the speed playing against a freshman. I see burton playing a lot and slowing things down. If fresh plays full game.....it will be ugly.....LSU 31-10

I don't think the guy that you're replying to was talking about us having beaten up UF. He was referring to the habit that LSU has of winning a big game and then coming out flat the next week. THat's what happened last week against UK. If we had played you guys last week and played the way we did against UF we would have been beaten.

actually that would be the saban factor....last time lsu lost to florida when they should have dominated......saban was coach....very, very flat team. Saban has been known for that...

Florida just lost their qb or they would have given Bama a run.

I respectfully disagree, RCDfan. Bama was beating the shinola out of Florida, and would have beaten them by at least 20 if Brantley didn't get hurt. But the only way Brantley could have avoided injury is if Florida had thrown in the towel and run the ball most plays. Don't let the "narrow" 14 point lead fool you, Bama had survived the emotional opening and was steamrolling the Gators.

yes because JJ has been known to consistently blow teams out....I would guess that in five games JL has won about as many games as JJ has by double digits...in only five games.
