I've never seen us so afraid of an opponent we are superior to

Cmon man up. Where is the confidence we showed against Oregon. Are we that afraid of a team coming in with a true freshman getting his first start. Or is it that cursive spelling of gators on their helmets that has everyone freaked out. I'm tired of all this doom and gloom talk about Florida.

Many of our fans are afraid of the dark.

The last time LSU blew out UF was in 2002 in Gainesville. Just some food for thought. Other than that, I can't recall the last time LSU kicked our arse.

Does this mean anything?

I don't think LSU has too many Canadian fans

I am nervous about almost every game and this one is no different. It would burn bad to get beat by a team with a true freshman QB at home that was dismantled in the swamp last week by Bama.

Of course it would hurt. On paper though we should dominate these guys if we don't shoot ourselves in the foot with turnovers and penalties. I'm just tired of all these people coming out and thinking Florida is like Alabama right now.

For the record, I' thinkin' we're gonna put an Ike Turner-esque arse whippin' on these boys. I'd say I feel sorry for that poor QB... but I don't.

The Gators come to play, especially with their backs to the wall...our guys know that, they'll be ready. Florida just lost their qb or they would have given Bama a run.
We should beat Florida, but it will be a dogfight. I just hope we can hold the injuries to a minimum; that's what bothers me. Damn SEC is a meatgrinder.

We SHOULD smoke 'em.
However ... don't forget that these are the same Florida Gators that light up the recruiting rankings year-in and year-out. Experienced or not, that is some talent lining up against our Tigers. They CAN beat LSU. They SHOULDN'T, but COULD.
... and in case you haven't looked at this current Golden Era of LSU Football, LSU is 5-5 against the Gators.
... LSU is 6-14 in the last 20 matchups.
... The Hat is 3-3.
