how about we are just not very good. The players picked up in the portal this year are not good enough and can't handle playing for LSU pressure......but Tommy White can hit anybody.
Jay you need to do better in picking players in the portal. They are not all Paul Skenes in there. Van Horn obviously did better than you in that regard. His roster is predominantly portal pickups and he whipped you with them this weekend his were better than yours

LSU baseball reminds me of the 2020 and 2021 football teams that totally collapsed after the 2019 championship season.

Bing, jock. With the NIL and portal LSU should not have dropped this far. If CJJ is that good, as a lot on here claim, there should be no rebuilding but restocking. Coach gripes about leadership? Well, he recruited and signed them. So who’s really to blame here?

It will take a minor miracle to host. They’ve dug themselves a huge hole. With Vandy this week and at Tenn next, you could be looking at 5-10 at the half way point. To host I’d imagine you need to be 17-13, maybe 16-14.
So you’d have to 12-3 the back half.
