Hes played only about 1000% times better than what anybody would have ever expected from him on this site given his previous games here, fan or no fan of him. I hope it sticks but to act like anyone saw this coming is crazy.

Can we pump the brakes
He’s still missing open receivers
This next game is gonna be telling from a passing standpoint. And making quick reads

By my calculation, at least 74 down voters from this thread can check the box for “I didn’t trust he would develop over the season”

What if Daniels continues to improve?

Is he better than he was earlier in the year? Yes

Does he still have a huge amount of work to do and can improve upon? Absolutely

I like that he is progressing but I think that has more to do with the oline getting better and allowing him more time. This Bama game will be more telling than the last 2 games.

I could care less about his passing if he runs for 200+ & 3TDs to beat Bama

He's improving a lot! I'm impressed and moreover it shows he's coachable.

Pumping the breaks on ranking him as second best Q in history.

Apologize for criticizing, then turn around and anoint as 2nd best QB in LSU history? Whipsaw much? How about acknowledge he struggled with some basic functions of the position in the first few games, and also acknowledge he's made a lot of progress, and further, hope that progress continues? Is that too reasonable? Will I be banned?

The criticism leading up to the last two games was justified

This would be really clever and funny without the last box

Whoa whoa whoa

Dude balled out against two bad defenses

Let’s see what he does against Bama before we crown him the 2nd best QB in LSU history

This. He cannot see the field. That TD pass to Jenkins, which should’ve been a pick, basically summarizes the problems with JD. BK has done a great job the last 2 weeks in masking that, but it was against UF and Ole Miss.

This is the problem. Most of you have no clue that hardly anyone is doing that. Not even OP. I think it’s clearly a joke.

The apology should be for calling him complete garbage. Or saying he’s not a real qb. Because neither of those things is even close to true. He’s a good QB.

The Jenkins pass wasn’t a vision issue.

Jenkins was wide open but Thr pass was late and floated a bit, that being said, the DBs we’re doing everything they could to get to Jenkins, which is why they had no chance of turning around and making a play on the ball.

If a WR has a step on the DB, they usually have the advantage on an underthrown ball because they can react to it better.

frick off with this. He (and he certainly had company on offense, defensive secondary and special teams) wasn't playing particularly well. Now he is.

I bet he is a fierce enough competitor to not want a cookie for that. Why do you seem to?
