Got a couple of really good pitchers who have the potential to make it to the show one day.
Our position players are simply not very talented. This is all on the head coach. The talent level is the worst since CPM has been here.
Not gonna be easy to fix...

Alan Dunn hasn’t done anything to help our pitching staff develop, and Paul is just bad.

Disagree

Talent is not an issue. Player development, game management, defensive positioning, lineup choices....those are issues

There’s plenty of talent on this team, but they’re also starting a lot of freshman. This team will improve as the season goes on and hopefully hit their stride by SEC play... book it

Got some talented kids. They're not well coached though. And they are pressing. Nobody even knows where they're going to be playing hes moving every one around every damn day. Not one position is set think about that. Went through all fall and 2 weeks into season and not one position can we pencil in everday..PM has no clue.

Dunn is not the hitting coach! Cabrera has got to start hitting! his base running mistake - was rookie! he is supposed to be a first round pick.
pitching is good to this point.

. Which is it “hopefully” or “book it”? You can’t walk the fence and have a cop out if they don’t or say I told you so if they do. Pick one or the other.

The fact that he hasn’t been able to replace Hughes in the lineup tells you all you need to know. Paul is on cruise control and just collecting a check. I like Paul, like I liked Les, but when it’s time to go sometimes you need to be pushed.

It’s immaturity that causes folks to turn to hyperbole to make their case. We can certainly pencil in Beloso at first base, can’t we? There are others we can pencil in, even though Mainieri has moved them some - Cabrera in right field and Mathis at third.

Ultimately, who cares? It’s not lack of certainty about positions that is causing this slump; it’s poor hitting.

Alan Dunn isn’t the problem. Pitching has gotten better. This is the first time I’ve ever seen a team just play like little league. They have this attitude nothing matters till spring break. They are so use to making that run, they forget how important getting wins early look when your making that run.

One person doesn't equal a team. Many players have got to start putting the ball in play. You can score without hitting home-runs.

Alan Dunn is a problem, but he’s not the only one, or the biggest one.

Why is there so much of this? Pitching has been solid this year. You hold teams to 2 runs on Friday and you shouldn't lose.
