Right on. That ease in ship has sailed.
Time for the real qb to stand up, and BH is about to show out.
2016 is going to be a fun year.

Miles injects his fear of the passing game into his QBs. A QB can't be very successful when he has a deft fear of throwing an interception each time he goes back to pass. Kelly at Ole Miss is given the green light to use his skills and thus has no fear of an interception because his coach has no fear of an interception. Watson at Clemson has no fear of interceptions. Miles neuters his QBs by placing his fear of interceptions into their psyche where they are playing to avoid a turnover rather than being aggressive and using their confidence and skills to score on the other team. Like any endeavor in life, if you are constantly consumed about the negative rather than the positive, it paralyzes you and negates you abilities to achieve success out of fear of failure.

I think this is a perfectly fair analysis. 2008 Jarrett lee was slinging it all over the middle of the field, and we know what happened.

The whole offense is now based around throws that CAN'T be picked off.

I still thought Mett sucked after TCU. It'll take a few games

I just don't understand why AJ didn't get some reps if the story really goes that BH got hurt

Because it's a convenient excuse. And everyone here swallowed it whole. Looking forward to the next excuse in a couple weeks.

I had a dream a few nights ago that we were getting hammered. Turning it over, couldn't stop their offense. It sucked.

Been getting black out drunk since just to avoid dreaming.

It still blows my mind to this day, how Les can't seem to be able to develop a passing game when schools all over country do it with far less available talent. I mean we're not talking quantum physic here man.

If he's better than 9/19 for maybe 140 yards this week I'll be pleasantly surprised. I don't think this coaching staff can put him in position to succeed

It's not about Harris, never was, and never will be.

It'll be the offensive play-calling.

Even if he's 10-12 passing, only 12 attempts will be very telling. We'll know after one game.

It will mean we won the game easily and had no reason to throw the ball.

I have never seen an offensive play call as the reason for someone air mailing passes and not hitting timing routes.
Only at LSU where some fans hate the coach will a player not be responsible for making bad throws.

But Ricky as some point you need to throw the ball to be able to throw the ball you know what I'm saying. You can't just turn that game speed rhythm and connection with receivers on and off when needed. I really hope to see a want for balance and a need for the short and intermediate passing game come.

There isnt a coach in cfb that is gonna give out pass play film with a win already comfortably in the bag. I understand what youre saying but thats not how coaches think. If a game is comfortably in the bag dont give you future opponents film and there is no need to open up your qb to injury in a game thats already won. Its a fine line between being stupid and getting a qb reps in an already won game.

I agree we need balance but i wouldn't want our qb dropping back and throwing passes when the game is already won. We are 1 deep at the qb position.
