everybody knows that every 4 years, LSU returns to New Orleans to hoist the crystal ball. What is often left out is that the team who is invited to lose to LSU must begin with the letter O.

2003- Oklahoma
2007- Ohio State
2011- Oklahoma State

I don't think the pokes will beat ou. But I will be pulling for them, I like mike gundy.

Dang this feels like deja vu, I think I posted the exact same thing already.

Nope actually I remember watching it and pretty much laughing at them. I just think Ok State will choke.

OK State always plays them tough, on most years. Without Broyles, it will be alot tougher for OU to get by OSU. OU's Defense better come to play.

The loss of broyles is gonna be tough on OU. He accounted for like 90% of their offense. They'll have to be ready to play. I really wouldn't mind matching up with stanford, i really wanna get a chance to watch luck more.

i hope you are right. my feeling is that oklahoma wins that game tho because they actually have a defense. if oregon also beats stanford there will be a hell of a problem on who to select to play us (if we win out). a one loss team that has earned their spot by playing quality competition or an undefeated boise state that has feasted on shitty competition.

OSU would set up some interesting story lines for the hype. Miles old school, rumors of some bad blood with Miles leaving, etc

Boise won't move ahead of Alabama if Alabama keeps winning.
Alabama has proven to be a better team than Boise. Plus Boise's SOS will go way down once they play SDSU, New mexico and Wyoming. Boise Also doesn't have a championship game to play in so it's a longshot for them to make it into the championship, even over a one loss Oregon, Stanford, Oklahoma and Oklahoma St (maybe).

I think a 1-loss Oklahoma team will be ranked over Boise is because they have more "Signature wins" than Boise does this season. Baylor, Texas and Okie St.

Don't think a 1-loss Oklahoma St team will be put over Boise, only because the loss would come so late into the season, plus the Big 12 has no championship game so it hurts them.

The winner of the Pac-12 will be ranked over Boise whether it's a one loss Oregon or an Undefeated Stanford. Simply because they have a championship game. Boise hasn't proved anything this season...well...Geogia....eh

We have a lot of business to take care of first including the SEC CS in Atlanta. Arky will give us all we can handle.

Aha! The O's have it.

That would be a great matchup.
