#1 is probably losing back to back against USC in 1998.

Definitely. Especially watching the champ game the next day with the wind blowing out.

Not hating on UL, because I like them. But what makes you say this?

Because I believe they are a better team than LSU this year.

We should hold the advantage in game 1, and the disadvantage in games 2 and 3.

It should also be noted that we would HAVE to win that first game, or we would have a ridiculously small chance of winning the series then. And with the way things have been going lately, we haven't exactly blown teams out of the water on opening games of series in the past 3-4 weeks. That Friday night game/opener of a Super Regional would be as intense as college baseball gets. Would be a lot of fun.

Just being honest. Sometimes I decide not to troll.

Put Poche' on the mound, and he's the 2nd to best pitcher UL sees all year behind Nola.

You're seriously underestimating how horrible the Sun Belt is this year.

The Sun Belt sucks. No doubt. But so does our hitting.

We just faced one of the worst SEC staffs and we scored 10 runs in 28 innings, 3 runs of which were gifted by an outfielder who literally could not see.

We have no idea how UL's staff compares to A&M's. A&M could have a top 3 staff in the sunbelt..who knows?

Could anyone honestly believe that we would have the #2 or #3 hitting team if we were in the Sun Belt?

Because I couldn't admit something like that if I was giving an honest opinion.

Won 2-0 on a double squeeze. Thing most people don't realize is the Cajuns are very good at playing small ball against good pitching.

Drafted in the 2nd round out of high school and his stuff has only gotten better

He's a good pitcher but I haven't seen any mock draft that has him in the 1st.

Why you acting surprised ...I think it's a very real possibility for baseball . ULL has come here as a 2 many times. Really no difference just change of venue. Save Nola for game 2 and say a prayer.

If by 2nd round you mean not drafted, yes he was drafted in the 2nd round.

Unless they have two pitchers named Turnbull.

The Brewers' 2nd round pick, #70 overall was Jorge Lopez.

Turnbull was not drafted.
