I realize all the Miles fan's pushing this 80% number. Why settle for that? It's a low 'B.' Why not strive for an 'A?' Aren't the real fans the ones who aspire for more, and not settle for Les?

Are you serious? Miles has won 80% of his games in the strongest division of the strongest conference.

Context. You asked a question with the intent of people agreeing with your point, contained in said question.

So I suppose you are saying that it was a trick question.

No.

A trick question has no answer.

Your question had two answers. One you wanted, and one you didn't.

You just told me to find another alma mater. You have no room to criticize anyone.

Have a clear thought. Express it. Then maybe you can criticize a thought you disagree with.

Same here, talent has driven our success. Not coaching.

Then LSU should hire Lane Kiffin. Mack Brown. Tyrone Willingam. Skip Holtz. Derek Dooley

That's just off the top of my head.

All those guys would do the job Les has done with ease.

AMIRITE??????

Fact is the SEC in the last 4-5 years has been down, and that has greatly benefited Les' record. We've had 2-4 real games each year since 2009, and outside of 2011, we've been average at best in those games.

We already have Mack Brown so that would be redundant.

I don't care if Les comes to the games in clown make-up and shoots seltzer down the front of his pants every time we make a first down. As long as he does no worse than 8-5 in any year and continues to get us into the NC game every 4 years he's got my vote.

scroll up son. i admitted i used the harder criteria. Some high schools use a 10 point system also dumbass between grades.

We reached a happy medium with both. C+. DWI.

Weak. Not the rest of the world's problem that LSU doesn't make you happy.

You should care more about graduating and being an alum from the academic institution than what happens with their sport teams.

Does volleyball bring this much anger from you?
This is another ridiculous argument.

I attended LSU for various reasons. I can't believe your argument is that since I attended and graduated from LSU - many on here, the same - is somehow a negative because I think Miles isn't LSU.

I was at LSU from 89-94 and saw the worst of LSU football. My perspective is greater than yours.

If it were Mack brown, LSU would have been losing for the last 3-4 years without a superstar once in a lifetime QB.

All the talent needs to do is show up right?

So with that logic, you would have no problem hiring Lane Kiffin, correct?

The top of the SEC has been very good the past 5 years, but that is 3-4 teams at most a year, maybe 5 on an exceptional year, where the remaining 5 are mediocre.

Has the best team in the NCAA been in the SEC during that time span? Yes. No doubt, but people acting like the SEC from top to bottom is amazing need a reality check.

Tons of teams have been down.

Arky was up for 3 of the past 5 years and awful the other two. Auburn has been horrible to mediocre for 3 of the past 5 years. MSU is middle of the road.

Les has been successful, and anyone saying he hasn't had success in winning games (purely in number) since he's been here, is nuts.

Hmmn, why don't i see him on the money board then? Telling us of his successes?

What? The sec has never been as strong as the era we are in now.

Last two seasons it has been, no doubt, but I was referencing like 2008-2011 honestly.
