Hill was good yesterday. He was getting 5 and 6 yards a pop.
But he should have been getting 8-10 yards a pop. The Hill before the Ole Miss game shreds A & M for 185 at least.

Miles put Copeland in the dog house after the fumble. I don't understand why he was quick to do that but he couldn't pull Jefferson in '11. He seems biased towards certain players IMO please shut up
I did not post this........

SouthernInsanity, go watch the run you're referring to in which Blue looked like he tripped on a blade of grass. He got got hit just beyond the line. Verne made the comment that Blue tripped over his own feet, but after the replay you can see he got hit. It's going to be great to have Blue back next year, along with Neighbors.

I think he tweaked an ankle. I may be wrong but I swore I saw him limping a little after a play late.

no way Neighbors should start over Copeland

Copeland it definitely looks like he is in the dog-house because no way Neighbors should start over Copeland.
All we need to know.

does defy logic sometimes but I've given up trying to figure out why some people are playing and others aren't
TM averaged over 11 yards a carry. Can you figure that out, seriously.

Magee was on fire last night. Why not feature him as the main back last night?

I have been wanting to see more Magee since he tore it up in Dallas

I dont think that was anything to do with it. We just have a bunch of talented backs that deserve carries.
yup.
if magee and hilliard were at other schools we'd hear about the huge run threat from those schools' feature backs that are absolutely pounding defenses.

Neighbors is clearly a better blocker than Copeland. Always makes good contact with a defender where Copeland wiffs quite often. Not sure what the deal is with Hill. I think HIll is our best RB and don't get why he is not getting the carries. WAs about to lose it when Magee made that long run just short of the endzone, then Miles left him in and A&M kept stuffing him near the goalline when he could have put Hill back in to easily bust it into the endzone.

Magee is a better back than Hill and that showed last night. Neighbors and Copeland are both beasts at the FB position and are somewhat interchangeable. Neighbors has been playing more consistently than Copeland of late.
The coaching staff finally recognizing these facts led to a great looking win against aTm. Just think how different the season would have been had Magee been getting the lion share of touches.

Dudebro
What is the true motive of your post here today? We just won a huge game and did it in dominating fashion. This was exactly the kind of game LSU needed and they delivered.
Hill got the start and the game plan was obviously to run early and often. He had an entire gameplan built for him. He was set up to have a huge game against this weak defense. He didnt get the job done. I love Hill but it was Magee's day yesterday He gave CLM what he was wanting from the RB position. He's a good kid and sometimes just a little different angle or speed(change of pace)makes all the difference. Kudos for the coaches to make this change and it worked from play 1.
Neighbors played great and was a big reason we ran all over A&M and kept their reigning Heisman winner on the bench.
But yet you are concerned about 44 being in the doghouse? Who cares why he didnt play more. This is a congratulations day; not a what if day?
