No. They went bargain on a head coach. They only do small things to keeping the fans engaged and intimidating. This administration only cares about its own bottom line. Alleva constantly comments about things making financial sense. I wouldn’t be surprised if F King wanted college sports eliminated from college life entirely but obviously could never openly say that at a school like LSU. But he could sandbag it from within.

Nope, zero coaching search, Kept Miles way to long, allowing O to hire SE when O said the best OC out there, hired an unproven O to run a top 10 program, TS experience sucks compared to the good ole days, need anymore?

Oh needs to spend as much money as bama does on recruiting budgets.

I would say LSU's hiring process is pathetic and the people running it at the top are irresponsible. LSU also has an AD who does not hold coaches accountable and continues to extend and hand out raises for just breathing.

college sports is a business. The purpose of business is to make money. As long as LSU is making good money, the admin won't be concerned. Fans are the only people concerned about winning. If fans could trade in winning for making money, they would.

Louisiana politics at its finest. As long as powers at be keep their power and the bottom line stays green, the couldn't give two shits about the actual production of the program.
