I don’t think so as long as the current clownshow admin is here.

If I were an established, or up and coming head coach, no way I would work for this administration.

Yes! LSU has Top 5 infrastructure, with Bottom 5 leadership

As much as LSU fans like to hate Chavis, he was 100% right about our administration.

LSU has a ridiculous amount of resources to be successful most coaches would kill for

Unfortunately, I don't understand how anyone would want to work with and put up with our dumbass administration

Were good coaches beating down the doors when Les was canned?

Yep.

If I were someone like Scott Woodward, I would stay as far away as possible until they replaced that cuck F King

We have the highest paid coaching staff in America, top of the line facilities and a built in recruiting advantage. WSJ ranks us as the 5th most valuable program in the nation.

So yes. Unfortunately Alleva is running the program like it's McNeese.

We'll never know because Joe refused to interview anyone.

I can’t help but think this is the real reason Fisher and Herman bailed on LSU.

Nope... which is how we ended up with Coach O.

Edit: With our current AD and president and state issues.

And... with our impatient fan base. What coach wants to come here, and every time a game is lost, the fan base calls for his head?

Coaches don't read message boards... but recruits do.

haha i'll have some of whatever your having... top 5 infra structure? LSU is the first flagship public university I have seen that has computers with floppy disk drives being used in its student union. Some of the departments have graduate students teaching as much as professors. The only thing LSU had was a top 10 football team, and idiot fan base basically ruined that.

I don't think LSU is a top 5 job. I do think it's top 10. The AD is running the program into the ground.

Money talks. Better question is will LSU be willing to spend the kind of money it will take to get a good coach.

Lmao... Anyone who says no is a complete moron!!!

This school will always be a up and coming coaches favorite type of place. It's up there with the Michigan's, Ohio States, Florida States, USC's, Florida's, and so on. LSU is big time football and any smart coach knows this. Saban knew it, and there will be many more coaches that would absolutely JUMP at the chance to make a name for himself and to bring LSU back where it rightfully should be and that's on top.

Louisiana is filled with talent, the NFL proves that. We simply need a coach who can spot it. If LSU had the coaches who can predict a players development better than most, we could stay in state for 90% of our players. Even at QB if we were to land the best talent in LA every year LSU would compete with anyone. OL and LB is basically the only positions we don't typically have in LA every single year. I would probably add QB but we have some decent guys who could make our team competitive at the very least and then you would have the guy that comes around every other year or so.
