I'll bite. I did my graduate degree at LSU and also have degrees from UA. I read here from time to time to get how SEC frat boys, and their parents think. Most of you guys are republican and not moderates, no matter what you say. My education is such that I've interviewed with Trump administration ...
Long Way from LA. You are wasting your breath. The only thing you learn from this forum is how the echo-chamber thinks. ...
Dabo or No Dabo. It is very very hard to turn down Alabama. You are talking about people who are competitive by their very nature. A lot of fans think foot ball program is great. Usually those are programs that go 10 and 3 every season and have one national championship in the last 50 years. Alabama...
I am 31 and grew up in Tuscaloosa. Before Nick Saban the last time UA had a program that was in regular national championship contention was under Gene Stallings, who retired in 1996. For the next 10 years, Alabama had a mediocre program, riddled with sanctions and inconsistent performance until the...
But 7-2 this point in the season was regularly given to you when Les was coach. There is no reason to hold Coach O to a lower standard....
some how people think talented head coaches grow on trees. http://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/17639364/lsu-tigers-fans-miss-les-miles-more-realize "Miles had a record of 114-34 (.770) with the Tigers. If you're looking for context of how good that is, consider that a career record...

This is my take. I have affiliation with both schools. I like my chances of seeing a play off team this year ;). I am certainly betting against the spread. While I think Bama's strength of schedule makes it hard to makes LSU the first real test they've had this season. I think people are here ar...
I swear everytime I come here, I think the fan base is bipolar. If he loses to South Eastern then it will be doom and gloom. If he beats Alabama, then he is gods gift to humanity. The thing about being raised in an all bama household is I was taught growing up that there is no REALLY bad team in th...

28.4175% seems very accurate. I trust this estimate. ...
The Drama and Salt is the real reason I come to Tiger Droppings. The fighting and bickering has afforded me hours of time wasting entertainment. I vote that you guys settle your differences with light sabers. ...

Apparently bama might have their best offense ever, thanks to their new starting quarter back. As someone who can take a neutral view on this ( I have affiliation with both places). Bama fans usually worship their quarter backs, but in my opinion most of the bama quarter backs under Nick Saban, gene...
So I have affiliation with both schools and am originally from Tuscaloosa. The level of irrational hatred that LSU fans have towards Nick Saban and Bama is mind boggling here in Baton Rouge. If I ever walk around anywhere in a Bama shirt any where I get heckled or death stares. If I wear and LSU shi...
Bingo. As someone who has been in higher ed and at Alabama, Georgia, I can tell you F.King's main job is to basically keep the school afloat as a flagship research university, while the state legislature used LSU's budget to give you tax breaks. They brought him explicitly because he has the reputat...
I support O, because Roll Tide. ...

The issue with the discussion in CFP, is that teams don't play out of conference (nor should they. This is an amateur sport). I don't follow every team and I can't make an intelligent comment about what went on outside the S.E.C I do think that a national championship winning team isn't one that ...
Seriously?? you do realize that most on here live in SEC country, so you want people to give their life stories?
I grew up in S.E.C country. I'll tell you about my 4 years as undergrad outside of the Country. I went to school at a university in an English speaking country outs...
I've spent a ton of time in Tuscaloosa, and know the spot you're talking about. Yet a quick read of your directions is confusing as frick even for me. Out of towners who've never been to T-Town before would be even more confused with that many turns.
He is talking about pa...

I'm from Tuscaloosa. Don' shoot me. I go to school at LSU. I'm focusing on places that are either on the strip or in downtown area which is walking distance from the strip. This means you basically can just hop from place to place. Best Sports Bar : Will Hagens. Lots of seating, pool table...

LSU's alum will burn their school to the ground. Video's punchline : You expect us to compete with Ohio State and UCLA, when we spend less per student (factoring tuition, state money) than louisville not a flagship school... 1/3rd what Tennessee does. I said it in another thread. LSU shoul...
