How about Landry? He is even more important for the team, especially offensively.

I think he might be wishful thinking. I honestly think we played better without loston. He is nothing but a head hunter. Georgia picked on him in coverage all day. Also when he singled up in coverage because of formation he was beat badly in redzone by bennett.

that's what I mean. If he is healthy, Chavis may feel obligated to play him which would be a hugh blow to our secondary.

Will be interesting to see if sitting out a game and watching opened Loston's eyes. He has skills yet needs more focus and drive to step it up to the level of those who have graced the DBU before him.

You have a point here. His technique could be better as well. I have chalked it up playing like a second stringer. It seems he has that mind set after playing behind some great players the last three years. I assume he has had the requisite coaching to aid him in using his athletic abilities on the field.

Jff is gonna break his ankles in the open field. I really admire him trying and I'm sure he works hard at it. You hate to say it but even if he had top end speed for a linebacker he has no instincts. He reacts so slowly that the lineman sucks him up before he moves or he bites on a fake and ends up on the other side of the play. Mlb should always be where the ball is or at least be keying on somebody. He is so far out these plays that he is non existent.

He is usually step for step with the receiver, but never turns around to see if the ball is coming is way.

From what I have read Chavis likes the leadership and communication that Welter provides on the field. It does have me shaking my head though.
