Interesting post on LSU fans on SEC rant

There is a post that asks if other fans react like LSU fans. One Bama fan made a pretty accurate statement that all schools probably do it but not as bad as LSU. He said they(we) are either wildly happy or it is the end of the world. I thought it was sort of funny and true. He did say that most would never trash Saban. (Let's wait until he has a game and doesn't cross the 50 yardline until the 4th quarter!) No middle ground here. Most of the Bama fans seemed pretty supportive of us and agreed that the team was listless and that something was off.

The one's in my office are the same way. There's no "Roll Tide! We kicked your arse!" It's more "What in the world happened to your team?"
ETA: as I stated earlier, it's the Looney Coonie's who are speaking the most smack.

Yeah, I was expecting to get just drilled Tuesday, and while, I did come in to my office completely plastered in Bama stuff, I have mostly gotten this one comment over and over from my Bama friends: "I really expected LSU to win the game. I'm at a loss as to what was going on with them."

Simply put: Many LSU players wanted no part of Alabama after the first game. Some of the players tweeted that after the first game.

Its because of tigerdroppings. Its a huge forum people use to vent. Fans from a lot of other schools visit this board. I have never visited an opposing teams board, but id have to assume TD is one of the more popular college boards.

After weeks of talking friendly smack with Bama buddies, they actually were more sympathetic than gloating. Several said we would be THE team to beat next year. My reponse to them was that we had to have a QB that would outplay McCarron as he played Monday night. Hopefully it will be so.

I got none of that.
I mean they were obnoxious cause it was constant 'Roll Tide' and songs and shite, but that's to be expected. However no one addressed me or any LSU fans I saw directly, it was all amongst themselves.
