Every time I look at this, I can help but wonder what would happen if the first kid got stuck inside the rim for a little while.....would the guy coming in behind him just jam the ball through the hoop and force the little kid through with it?

The guy behind the kid probably would detour and did air ball if the kid were still hanging in the basket.
