From this area, and 87 goes into Navarre which is quite a way on Hwy 98. You will crawl all the way. The mid bay bridge, although it's a toll bridge, may be the better way. Traffic at this time of the year is a nightmare, but at the bay bridge will bring you straight into Destin. JMHO

I was going to put it up any way. Right now I am looking at a LSU flag on the beach, every other person has some kind of LSU merchandise on very good to see.

I live one block off of 98 in Navarre and the traffic on 98 is CRAZY!! Go the other way.

I was also in Destin and saw that game. That clock ran out on the throw.

But hey, it was doused with LSU fans in Destin, tents and all. LSU East is Destin, FL!

Yep, it's much quicker this way.

Exit 56 is Hwy.85 at Crestview. Take 85 south until it forks off. STAY LEFT at the fork and it will take you on into Niceville. Take a left on Hwy 20 in Niceville and stay on 20 through Blue Water Bay. Right past BWB, you'll see a sign for Mid-Bay Bridge. Take a right and it will take you to the Bridge ($2.50 toll) and into Destin.

Don't forget to check out the Marina on the left side right after you cross the bridge. It's painted on all four sides with artist Wyland's images of marine wildlife. Pretty It's one of his "Whaling Walls" and THE largest one he did.......
