And then they do that stupid look at the sideline crap and Jennings starts yelling at the OLine with 5 seconds left. I hate it

my all time favorite is when they call a time out, discuss the play and the situation and then go back and line up and either don't get the play off in time or call the most mundane play ever. why the time out?

believe it or not, I saw it happen in another game yesterday. I can't remember which game but I only saw three so it had to the msu vs au or a&m vs ole miss. I said "shite, it looks like it's not just LSU".

I saw a team get a penalty for 12 men on the field coming off of a timeout yesterday...don't remember which one but I think their campus is about 40 miles southwest of Birmingham.

Outside of last year, the last 7 years have absolutely abysmal QB play

2011 LSU had the top passing efficiency in the SEC. 2013 LSU had the 2nd best passing efficiency in the SEC. This year LSU has the 5th best passing efficiency in the SEC while using two teenage QBs with all of 8 starts between them.

The only abysmal thing I see is your LSU football knowledge.

Terrific. By the end of the season we might progress from awful to merely bad.

What's funny is that it sometimes took 35 seconds to get the play in and we still just ran it up the gut. Wtf?

lot of positives from last nights game both on offense and defense. Looked like we turned the corner into saving the season if we can continue making progress next Saturday against Kentucky. Hope to see Harris get some good snaps in. We do need to get the passing game going.

I don't think Cameron is earning his salary. I also think Mett made Cam look good last year and not vice versa. So sue me.

not saying we are a well oiled machine but from an execution standpoint we made some attempts and some strides last night.

I agree somewhat, but it still baffles me as to why they are so reluctant to spread the field and put the athletes in space. If they would make a legit effort to the this than everything else would work better.

So wonders Russell Shepard.

Some say Mett is responsible for Cam's entire body of work....no wait...no one thinks that

that's the problem I have with Cam. If he can't at least adjust the offense to some degree in that direction then I think we need to part ways with him after this season. No teams at the pro level and doubt many at the college level run the type offense we are trying to run and there is a reason for that.

Look, I know it happens but I think its the exception not the rule on young QB's coming in a tearing sh!t up as freshman or with few games played.
We are not QB university. We all know this. But our two QB's have 7 games total. Still early to me.

and how many games would our qb's have if rivers and rettig dont transfer.

pop quiz vs miss st last year 4 th quarter around 5 min left lsu with very nice lead
which qb does les send out onto the field ?

the answer is why we have no development
