I don't have a video of it. I just know what I saw and they loved it along with the students (who our fans now suddenly hate).
But I know damn near every one of our players has heard that song (born in LA or not), and I bet that a vast majority love it.

This was my first game in TS this season hearing it. I thought someone left a scratched CD in the player over the PA. It sounded like a retarded duck having a seizure.
Now, I do think it is the height of hypocrisy to ban songs by TGBFTL because the students are screaming obscenities, but then blast this crap over the loudspeakers. You can't reprimand for profanity out of one side of your mouth & then swear like a sailor out of the other.

"I'm from Louisiana" and "We call it the boot" are the only lyrics heard over the loud speakers.

Crowd is there and jacked at beginning of games. Need to figure something out at half and after.
Some people are totally competent out of the limelight as assistants but do not possess the necessary attributes or qualifications to be the head guy. That's the situation right now with TGBFTL.
The Head Coach retired. The Offensive Coordinator was hired, but subsequently took another position elsewhere. Instead of hiring another qualified Head Coach with the pre-requisite qualifications, the Running Backs coach was hired. Basically, LSU has Larry Porter as the Band Director now. Great RB coach, but totally incompetent as a Head Coach. He's in way over his head. The proofs in the pudding once again. You can see the results on the field. Halftime Shows are boring, poorly designed, lack creativity/imagination and are poorly executed. Absolutely nothing to keep me in my seat.
A bad hire there, that's not working out and needs to corrected as soon as the season is over.
