I couldn't give my tickets away for the powerhouse this weekend. It would not hurt to improve the quality of the non inference games. (Excluding Wisconsin).

It's the shear number of fair weather fans we have that is so alarming. It's normal to have some fans leave at half or the 4th when up big but when 80% of the stadium leaves at the start of the 4th their is definitely something big going on.

Watching ton of games on tv I think it's fair to say as of right now lsu has one of the worst fan bases of any big time program

Its interesting to me how many people slip up spelling lose. It has to be one of the most commonly mispelled words.

why are you asking? Comprehension issues?

You think a player has an obligation to attend all 4 years, risk losing millions due to an ACL or any other freak injury, is equivalent to fans staying all four quarters? The delusion here is beyond comprehension.

Tell me the SEC teams who have played more quality OOC teams the last three years than LSU.

The OP is right. Many LSU football fans are spoiled, entitled, ungrateful clowns.

Les Miles is a good recruiter but an ignorant bull headed coach. He can't help himself

You forgot to add that in his nine years, five games stay at LSU we are second only to BS, who plays a shite schedule, in wins.

It's funny how the Les bashing clowns always forget to add that little bit of information in their discussion of how put upon they are to have Les coaching at LSU.

If I was the LSU AD I would start rewarding fans who consistently show up and stay by giving them top priority with seat selection, parking, and bowl tickets. I would start revoking tickets of those whose seats are consistently empty.
and you would be fired with the quickness for not bringing in the piles and piles of corporate cash.

You are off the schedule

Sunday = Blame the coaches
Monday = Blame the coaches and players
Tuesday = Blame the coaches and players, fans and the band

No. What is beyond comprehension is the tacit approval that people with your viewpoint give to players who desert the team a year or two early and who leave gaping holes in whatever remains of that team because they were too self-focused to care about their team, too unable to postpone their instant gratification aspirations, too unbelievably greedy for money to consider what impact their early departure is having on the team, fans, and even college football as a whole. Remember "Show me the money!" from Jerry McGuire? Cuba Gooding's character didn't see his worth as long as the team and the game was to him just a means to get him "the money." It was only when he set self interest aside and began to play from the heart and for the love of the game that the rewards finally came his way. That begins in high school and college. But I'm guessing you never caught that message, did you.
And as far as the risk of injury, please. How many truly pro-bound college players get carted off to the nursing home? Are they really so fragile? If so, they won't last 2 weeks in the pros.

i put my time in going to games in the 90s. If i want to leave at half when we are playing NMST. I will and there is nothing you can say that will make me have an epiphany.

Cut the booing out in TS... it's a disgrace. If you feel the need to boo the 'college' players at any point, you are indeed acting like a "selfish, spoiled child". It ain't fair for 'college' players to put in all the time, and then you just show up at game time, boo the kids, and then leave.

I f your response is that you pay good money for your LSU tickets, then just skip Saturdays and go to New Orleans on Sundays. You can boo all you want in the pros IMO. GTFO

Your waisting valuable effort being a sunshine pumper. People need to wake up and realize that this excuse is played out.

Why is this such a hard concept. I didn't like the hire initially and in my opinion the guy wins with talent, the talent dips and you see exactly how the sausage is made.
A nice guy, met him twice at state swimming meets and he was very down to earth.
