All I see in my order history is an order for Sweet 16 All session tickets is a $250.00 price, plus $250.00 balance due for my 1 ticket. Not sure if that means I have tickets or not. Maybe they didn’t run the card yet?

I'm pretty sure that means you have tickets. My guess is they had time to sort them, but not time to run card information seeing as things were updated late on Tuesday. They're only open until 5

Just got the email that my tickets will be 411, 412, 413 which is not only in the uppers but in a corner. It is where my CAPS seats were located so I can say they are not horrible seats but I for sure expected better perhaps some uppers on the sideline since I was ordering them from the school.
