As an old time, I'll go with Todd Kitchen. He never ran a straight line but he took it to the house when a big play was needed. Tommy Casanova's 3 PR/KR for TD's against the Black Bears was a career high light all by themselves.

The fact that there have been like 8~ names mentioned with "No question" behind it just shows the crazy amount of talent we've had on punt returns. That's insane.

My answer is PP7 or TM7, but Jones, Canon, Green, OBJ... I'm just gonna stop now, it'll take me all day to name them all.

I laugh at the people that think he couldn't play today. I have no doubt he could be an all american today. He had athleticism that transcends time.

Todd Kinchen, the best punt returner I've ever seen.

The only way to do one of these threads and get 1 true result is to do it bracket style. OP should add a bracket of either 8 or 16 players to be voted on, however that would work... my vote would be TM7

16 for sure, 8 isn't enough. That would be forgetting people like Davis who would get votes. If anyone wants to set up an actual poll, that would be awesome. I'm too lazy/drunk to do it. I bet the top 3 would be, in no order, Green PP7 and TM7. Cannon or Kinchen might jump in there.

He also played in a time when they were fricking dirty. Not much protection from the rules or refs.

No Beckham in this list?

It'd be Beckham or PP7 to me. TM7 had 2 great returns, but on average, give me those 2 for PR.
