I'd travel further back in time and say to Nick, "Here's what's gonna go down in Miami, you need to stay bro".

Hence,

LSU 20 championships
Bama 0 championships

In part because the success of 2019 had everyone thinking they were NFL ready

We could have hired Herman has Alleva not had a hissy fit. He would have pulled Joey B for sure. 2019 would have looked the same IMO with Herman.

O gets full credit for bringing in Burrow and Brady, but let's be honest, that was freak luck. He already had Burrow and all the other offensive talent in 2018, and wasted it under Ensminger's offense.

So 2019 was an anomaly -- a glorious one, of course, but not some masterstroke of program building by O. Brady was O's only great coaching hire, among many bad ones.

And then when Burrow and Brady (and Aranda) left, the program went straight to hell.

No. And I’m pretty thankful O supernova’d so hard and crashed quickly. It would have been worse if we had to sit through a bunch of 8-4s like at the end of Les instead of being done with O quickly. So thank you O for fricking up so bad so quick.

Wouldn’t be an issue if I had a time machine because i would find a way to keep Saban from leaving
