The tech game had lousy weather all day

Nah, what they need to do is sell booze in the stadium.
You get less binge drinking prior to the game and sneaking in liquor (less drunks).

frick traffic. If I wasn't on call this weekend I would have been there. I've been with friends who left early. My son and I stayed then took a taxi! Lol
I'll be there for the rest of the home games and have my son with me. We won't leave early.

Fans have been leaving early for years. It's now just a thing to start bitching about it.
This. The guy who said its just the wine and cheese crowd is clueless. We were very far from being a wine and cheese crowd. Hell we would get there the night before, set up our tents and stuff right there by the train tracks and then come back back at 5 am to start our cooking for a 7pm game. So if its a blow out by third quarter who the hell wants to wait another 3 hours in traffic if you been there all day.

Traffic sucks if you're a lazy retard (the elderly, disabled, and those with small children exempted here) who wants to park within half a mile of the stadium (i.e. on campus). Last year for the Alabama game I parked at the City Park Tennis Center. Stayed until the final whistle and was home within an hour. It was amusing to pass on foot all of the cars attempting to get on I-10 at Dalrymple.
For most games you can leave your car at the park between the two lakes or at BR Beach and make an even quicker postgame escape. The beach has the risk of shitty traffic on Stanford, but from the other location you can take one of the streets off of Morning Glory (Glendale, Ferndale, Christian, etc.) and hit Perkins quickly.

I have no problems finding routes out of LSU every game. I do know that city pretty well though.

I used to get tickets for my folks and I always thought those shuttles from downtown were a great deal. They used to take them and really liked them.

Traffic, no cell phone/wifi service, shitty consessions (missed most the 2nd quarter yesterday waiting In line), and piss poor video board operation all contribute to people getting the frick out of the stadium or not even showing up IMO.
There is no excuse for this piss poor management by LSU....besides the fact that they are cheap as frick and don't care about the fan experience.
I blame LSU 100%.

Well anyone who doesn't wanna show up anymore becuase of these major failures shoot me a message. My wife and I would love to use your tickets for you. I can live with shitty traffic and no cell service(oo the horror can't check my facebook page during a football game) or even the shitty ad ladden video board.

They were plenty of tickets below face value for sale before the game

Is it just where i live (Webb Park) that i dont ever sit in traffic? I got to campus at 1:30/1:45 and left the game with 30 seconds left, and i literally never stopped for anything more than a red light. 15 min transit, both ways

Im telling you... Problem yesterday was temperature.
It was 87 with no wind at kickoff.
Had it been night or late evening people would he stayed.
With that said, this was the most boring game we played all year.
Lacked excitement.
