He sent JD out on one leg….that tells you all you need to know about any competition!

Tells you a lot about what they think of Nuss.

I'd say put together a board of all the top QB coaches at the college level, see if there's a roster opportunity and choose the best one and see if there's interest in him.

If he's my son, we're looking for specific coaching and exposure. Not titles, not wins. You go where you can be developed to show potential at the next level.

Like he always has - a gunslinger who will turn the ball over as often as he puts it in the end zone.

I would tell him not to be influenced by Tiger Rant.

Two columns - positives and negatives

In CBKs eyes, am I perceived as better than Walker Howard?

Is JD5 durable enough to make it through another full season?

*Am I being wooed and pursued by a school with substantially greater opportunity to start?

In relation to above, is said school a Power 5 (or otherwise well respected) with the WR/OL horsepower to allow me to be successful?

I would tell him that when he gets his chance to play, make the most of it.

Woodward and the boosters can’t allow this. It has to be mandated that there’s a real open competition.

That was a given the moment JD walked on campus. The QB competition was BS. There was no QB1a and QB1b. If there was, JD would have been pulled in several games for at least a couple of series.

Son,
A lot of people are going to tell you to work harder, practice and study the playbook.F#$k that !
I didn't raise you to be a Nussy!
My best advise is to follow the Tiger Rant as closely as possible.
You can NEVER go wrong with the insight and strategy you will receive there.
Also, forget everything your NFL dad and all your coaches ever taught you.

You came to compete and beat out the competition at LSU. Don’t expect to play until you outright win the job. It is a privilege to be on the team, don’t be a whiner.

He’s not wrong, though. All those games where JD struggled throwing the ball, Nuss should have been given a chance to see if he could fire up the offense like he did in the SECCG. The better QB has been on the bench all season.

Transfer.

He's ready to play, no reason to sit another year.

Have you ever seen a fanbase beg their own players to transfer as much as the crew of retards on here? They are so mad that the coaches don’t do what they think they should do so they

We have a lot of fans that can’t move on from 2019. It was the GOAT season for a reason. We don’t have another Joe B on our roster but neither does anyone else. If that’s the standard, Daniels is the closest we have because he’s a better running threat. At his best, he can also throw for +300 yds and I know that because he’s done it. I’d rather be pissed off because Daniels doesn’t take enough chances with his arm, than be pissed off because Nuss does it too often. We don’t beat BAMA this year without Daniels. We’re not in a position to win 10 games this year without Daniels. When a play breaks down, which they often do, which QB would you bet on to get positive yards? Bama will be starting a new QB next year. If Saban could take one of our QB’s right now, which one does he take? I’m sure it would be the one that just beat his team. Some of our fanbase should think about that because W’s against Bama haven’t come very often.

And if I’m giving advice to either Nuss or Howard, I’d say to LEAVE NO DOUBT WHEN YOU GET THE CHANCE THIS SPRING. Throw it with a very high completion % when your in the scrimmages, don’t turn the ball over, and get your yardage on the QB run plays. Do that and I’ll just have to trust CBK to make the right decision. One way or another, Nuss will eventually have to beat out Howard.

If the evaluation of the qb’s is fair, give it your best shot to beat Daniels. It he loses to Daniels again, then transfer because Kelly obviously has favorites and Nuss isn’t one of them.

As an LSU Dad. Stay and beat them out: As his dad. Transfer son you are wasting your best year behind a guy that has played 43 games and will be the starter without a doubt.
