If Miles wins the last two, does he deserve at least one more year?

I'd say no. The game has passed him by and I think he needs to go.

Dude, we're stuck with him unless he resigns.

If we win the next 2 we're 9-2 (*10-2). That's literally what over 90% of this shitty fan base thought we would be before the season started. This team is incredibly young and will only get better.

If Miles wins the last two, there is 0% chance of him being fired next year, or the year after that.

You're stuck in 2 loss hell for the rest of his duration. Make sure the beer is cold, the foot is hot, and enjoy the tailgating because the next 5 years have been pretty much set in motion...

If he wins the last two he's coming back. We aren't firing him after a 10-2 season. Lose to ole miss, especially if it's in embarrassing fashion and things will be very interesting.

How much would we have to pay for him to walk away?

And, then what? Hire a coach who will lose out on some recruits while Miles gets scooped up by another school and he turns them into a conference or national title contender overnight while we struggle to become bowl eligible? As much as we rag on him, that's what probably will happen.

I am not happy with him either, but the grass is not always greener on the other side.

Hannagriff pretty much said this is the word he's hearing from inside the athletic building. Ole Miss is a HUGE game for the direction of the program.

Beating a 3-loss Ole Miss team and a bad A&M team will make him great again?

Should Les get another year? Depends, but I'd lean to no, because I don't see LSU in any way, shape or form winning another SEC title under him. Will he be fired? Not even if he loses both. People just need to accept that Les will be here through at least 2019 and just be comfortable with goals of 3rd in the SEC West for his teams as great seasons.

He was 1 division title in the last 8 years, and has hired a worse DC than he had in that time and the offense has yet to improve in that time either. Other teams are improving and he's not going to have the talent edge on 4 out of the other 6 teams in the division. Not to mention the special teams getting worse and worse.

People really hold onto 2011 way too much when it is the outlier in the last 8 years.

A basic metric (just my opinion of course):

Wins last 2: 100% back

Splits last 2: 50-50 (depends on how the loss played out)

Loses last 2: gone pecan
