That's ridiculous moron, his contract requires him to try and get a job and we fired him he can't be blamed for wanting to coach. You sir, win moron of the year award

Completely agree and wish people felt this way about the other former coach.

I'm competitive as shite and if I were him I'd want to beat LSU's arse every chance I got. No better place to get a guaranteed shot than the SEC west.

I don't want him to go to Ole Miss and guarantee they'll be at least mediocre every year and steal some of our recruits and beat us a few times along the way.

My thinking was he didn't want to be at LSU, then let him go. I certainly didn't fault him for following his dream. Then, definitely didn't expect him to take LSU fans' feelings into account when choosing the best situation for him when returning to college. Who wouldn't have taken the most money for one of the best jobs in the country?

I'm sure Houston Nutt would love to help Les into Oxford!

I really don't think he will be stealing recruits from us because Ole Miss is about to be in a world of hurt with the NCAA. I don't think many elite recruits will be wanting to there for a while.

Well he might poach a D recruit occasionally but no self-respecting offensive recruit would want to play for Miles at this point. OM will be a graveyard with the sanctions coming and Miles wont fool anyone with his slick talk this time around.

LSU showed more patience with him than another other major program would have done. His firing was his own doing.

Suuuuurrre. It took so much patience for LSU to sit there and watch Les Miles have one of the winningest tenures in program history.

Some of you have no idea how bad LSU football was not too long ago.

Its business...He wants to coach and the timing of freeze resigning and him pretty much being the only available coach out there that is willing to go anywhere it seems to be right. I wouldnt blame him one bit but he wants to do what he loves you cant blame him for that.

Now he's considering Ole Miss when it would guarantee a game vs us every year?

Yeah.. He does this and he loses some respect, especially with serious NCAA sanctions coming Ole Misdial's way in the near future.

He wants to coach again. Ole Miss being under serious sanctions would mean he would be under much less stress then coaching LSU. I have no problem with him going to Ole Miss, and I understand his want to coach there.

Les is just securing that 12 million dollars. He has to feign interest in every job to get that money
