All he has done was talked to police to give his side of the story. No charges have been filed so he is technically cleared.
He can not file a civil suit for defamation of character in this situation. WOW!

He's not cleared, he is not found guilty. The police didn't talk to the four because of just hear say. I would think JJ would just let it go at that.

Charges HAVE been filed.. which sgt don stone has repeatedly told us..
If the word you were looking for was Warrants, then no, those have not been issued, and no Arrests have been made..

Seems to me that he would have a suit against LSU for ruining his rep and career. With all these attorneys involved there will be some suits.
