I would like to see Lee get a few series in this game also. It would mean we put the game away early.

Lee is through. He knows it. If things don't work out for JJ and LSU gets behind, putting Lee in to try for a come form behind I don't think will work. Very few people can be treated the way he has and pull that off. If he does, he'll end up in Congress. Mett would be the best chance because of his passing ability, but I don't the CLM will let him play. JJ has a good day, we will steamroll the gumps.

He hasn't played 3 snaps in the last two games much less 3 series. His lack of PT late in the season would put him and the team at a huge disadvantage. At this point, CLM will go with JJ the whole way regardless of how poorly he may play. FWIW, I'll be glad for this whole episode/drama to end after the championship game, and I'm a Lee fan. Bring on Mett....

Me too...this 24-2, 15-2 run since 2010 and 13-0 run this season has just been soooooooo hard for me to endure.
It's only a drama for those fans who wish it to be a drama.
LSU QBs for 2011 have accounted for like 25 TDs, 3 T/Os, hitting like 62% on passing, and have a combined QB rating of like 150.
Looks pretty good to me, but each to our own.

Just MO that what worked last time ain't gonna work. Bama is practicing rite now as we're on break. NS will be prepared. Why not change it up? They are already guessing jl won't be playing.
