I still love my Tigers

When asked to give a record projection for this season.......I ventured 9-3.
With 2 games left, we have a shot to do a little better or a little worse.
The teaser was that we went undefeated for awhile and our hopes elevated with our rankings. But I was cautious that we had created 7 games of running plays for opponents to study.
Easy work for Saban. I hoped. I hoped greatly for a Tigers win. But I did not absolutely expect us to win that game.
The season is now settling back down to my preseason expectations. I'm coping.
Dealing with my own hopes sneaking so high then crashing down in two games.
But, I then think of the kids on the team. They love this game. They put their hearts out there. My time is better spent trying to be positive and lift them up.
In the wake of the Paris attacks......my view on football has calmed down quite a bit in place of contemplating bigger things in this world.
If anything, having a solid football program is an anchor for me. I'm happy to love such a good-great team! I'm proud of my Tigers!!!
Please kick the shite out of the rebels next week!!! I love when we beat Ole Miss.
But if not, I'll be right there. I'll pick you up, dust you off and cheer you again!
Let's geaux!!!!!

Good post. The last two weeks as fans have been demoralizing but its much worse for the team.
Not sure what I think any more about the HC but I know I want LSU to wallop Ole Miss and A&M.

We can still have a great season. I understand the disappointment after being ranked #2. Let's get behind our team and support them!!

I still support the team no matter what, and I hope that we beat the crap out of Ole Miss and Texas A&M. With that said, the results of the last 2 games are still disappointing no matter what the preseason expectations were. I, too, thought that this would be a 2 loss season with eyes on next year as being the season that we'd truly have a good shot at the playoffs. That's the disappointing part, the hope for the future. These losses are so hurtful because they are blowouts. We are being out-coached and out-schemed to the point that it's hard to have much faith in our program improving and getting back to where we should be.

I totally agree. Just think how bad the guys wanted to beat Bama and came up short, then to be beaten (at home) by the "Little Piggies".
The thing we need to remember is there is NO TEAM that will win every game, every season. With that being said we are here to support our Tigers, no matter what!
