But after following this board for the past 72 hours and hearing what a fool the president is, how inept the AD is, and how pathetic the head coach is, how did we get Fournette, Dupre, Dural, Guice, Johnson, Jackson, Adams, and the list goes on and on. And why do they all love Miles, his staff and LSU. Why is Savion so excited that LM is staying and Franks reopen his door to Miles and Cameron and why did so many of these young men come forward in their coach's defense and talk about how he has changed their lives for the better. I guess they are just not mature enough to understand what really matters or maybe they're foolish, inept, and pathetic as well!

So why did they lose 4 games last year and 3 blowouts this year so far?

Every big-ego 4 and 5 star recruit believes that they can be the person to come in and turn a program around.
That and the fact that LSU is will represented in the NFL.

I don't think you have or will ever see anyone say that Miles isn't a great recruiter. Its obvious he is. Just the fact that he DOES recruit so well and yet still has an offense that ranks lower than half of all teams in the NCAA more often than not means that maybe he's not properly utilizing all of that talent that you listed.

The reason is simple: the players priorities are not the same as the fans'. Oh, they want to win, don't get me wrong, but there is a lot more than winning they want to get out of the football program.

Franks is still talking to Les and Cam because Florida has the audacity to still allow another qb recruit to visit them after Franks has committed. For the record, Les and Cam quit recruiting qb's to pacify Frank's and he bolted anyway.

Players like Miles cuz he gets them to the NFL early. Do they want to win while they are here, yeah, they want to win. But what they really want is to not get hurt.
Fans want to win and fricking hate that Miles sends so many to the NFL early.
Watch what happens when Hawkins, White, Beckwith, Pocic and Dural all turn pro before the national title game is even played.

This. LSU effectively had the NFL all-stars 3 years ago and couldn't even put up 25. Sad.
