Where is the cry to replace both OC on both pro teams? Or replace either head coach?

Elite defense beats a great offense. When Miles fields an Elite defense again, he'll be back in the hunt for championships.

Well, one of those offenses led the league in scoring and the other featured probably the greatest QB in modern era. Is there a point to this dribble or you just an attention whore

There's a lot of truth to what you're saying. I thought the same thing a few times.

Big difference is that the situation dictated the offense(s)

if things would have neede to be changed, believe me, Peyton would have too.

It's what smart coaches do when the passing game offers more risk than reward. Only idiot fans would suggest opening things up.

Once we have a dominant DL again, all will be well...Chief and Brick did not get the recruiting job done...Coach O can obviously do a great job...btw, Grimes is also now getting it done...keep this staff and a NC will come!

"Staff changes"

I'm not crying about changing the OC, in fact, I dont want to change the OC because I am tired of changing OC's. Aside from that, those were not the same offense LSU runs out there.

The problem is the type of OCs we have utilized since Fisher. Crowton was only good at LA Tech. His numbers at every other stop were awful to pedestrian (outside of his 1st season at LSU).

Coach Stud actually did pretty decent as a temporary fix. Even with playing 2 top 10 defenses (one being the best defense in BCS history and since the BCS that we had to play twice), we finished with 62% 2135 pass yards 21 TDs 5 ints at 7.7 ypa, and an additional 263 rush yards and 3 TDs at the QB position. While the next year left something to be desired, we threw the ball 352 times completing 58.3% with over 2600 yards. You could see the early problems with Beckham and Landry cleared up, and Cam pretty much had an NFL rookie QB that he had to tweak just a tad when he came in.

Cam has had two youngins, but for a QB whisperer, so far it seems all he knows how to do is tweak/polish NFL ready passers. Next year will be his final test to prove himself. I mean we've been truly terrible at that position over the last 2 years.

I've said this several times, but we should have hired a spread OC this year.
