I hope it's either a home run or else a miserable failure. The 'somewhere in the middle' is what scares me it will be. Kinda how things have been lately.

But hope isn't a strategy... LSU, Les Miles, Alleva & co. Hope is something you have after making SOLID, well thought out decisions.

I am gonna guess that we will have more seasons like 2013. A defense in the top 30 and an offense in the top 30-50. I can't see us competing for another championship with this staff. A 10 win season may become an accomplishment

Other sec schools are upgrading their coaching talent while lsu goes backward. Not a good way to reverse the downward trend.

the way we lean on our defense if it isn't a home run it is a miserable fail

if we have a top 30 defense and our offense doesn't make a HUGE improvement we are losing team.
