to watch the back end of tomorrow's game, but my brother scheduled a family surprise birthday party for the parents at 6pm EST. Guess I'll miss the front end.

The only way to do that with my parents would be to surprise them in front of the TV watching the game (assuming they aren't going) or have it at a sports bar.

I think my dad would kick his butt. What is wrong with your family???

Birthdays happen EVERY SINGLE YEAR. That's like, all the time. The LSU-MSU football game, on the other hand, only happens ONCE A YEAR. That's like, hardly ever. You gotta go with the game in this case.

It's apparent that you didn't beat your brother's arse enough when you two were kids. Send a gift. Go to the Game. Your parents will understand.

Man that sucks. I thought I had it bad with my daughter's homecoming dance tonight. Will DVD and start watching/drinking about 7pm.

My son got married a year and a half ago. The brides father told her if she scheduled the wedding in hunting season, he wasn't going. I knew right off the bat, that he was a man of high principles.
