bullshite. He would not have been a first rounder after last year.

But, he was a great example for people to stay in school. Now, not so much.

I get a feeling that the nfl and all the owners know something we don't and shefty can't spill the bean on it. Don't like the vibe from all this

I mean, who the hell knows? I give him the benefit of the doubt... He's never struck me as the murdering of pregnant women type. Never met the guy and don't pretend to know him. But it's funny (permissive use of that word) how people lose sight of the real tragedy.

Depends. If he had no involvement this is horrible for him.

Ciron Black was projected as a 1st Round pick after his Junior season. He came back for his Senior season and ended up undrafted. No dead girl involved. He got fricked.

La'el Collins may or may not be involved in the murder of this girl, but if he isn't, he'll still play pro ball and make more money than the average OTer. Ciron Black got fricked.

I would bet a good portion of my bank account that this all is a big mess of nothing. I will eat serious crow with no arguments if I turn out to be wrong. That being said, I will not be surprised if the story leaker gets sued for slander after all is said and done and he is exonerated. La'el could potentially file a personal injury suit for at least the equivalent of 2nd round pick money...

As a sidenote the whole situation is very disheartening. One life was lost and another could potentially be ruined.

He's a tiger! He came back for his senior year, when nobody in the last 3 years has. He played his heart out, and EARNED a first round draft pick. 3 days before the draft his ex gf gets murdered, and they want him to come in and help with investigation. Social media and "Shaeffer" freaks out and kills his draft stock. Instead of making millions he will get picked in fourth or fifth round. It's really just a bad deal for him, but I feel like we should give nothing but support until something comes out proving he's involved (which his highly unlikely).

Most of the time, when the cops say a person is not a suspect and they just want to talk to them, that person ends up being the suspect.

I have no clue about what is going on with this case, but any time a pregnant girl is killed, there are only one or two suspects - the guy they were with or the guy they used to be with.

Ya because he would just murder his ex gf right before he is about to get drafted. Your a genius!

I clearly said I have no clue what is going on with this case.

Maybe the cops just want to just rule him out because they are going to look at whoever was really close to her. Or it's possible that they are wondering if the child is his and he didn't want to pay a ton of child support after getting drafted. Anything is possible...

This isn't going to end well. Collins may have had nothing to do with this but the word is that someone close to him did. Totally f'd up situation.

This was a hit by all indications. There was nothing even stolen.

I feel bad for a mom that's dead and her baby.

Someone close to Collins has a long rap sheet. It will come out.
