If innocent:
It's a tragedy he is being robbed of the money he deserves from years of hard work, especially setting the trend to return for his senior season. I can only hope he uses this as motivation to become an even better player and reward himself in the long run

He's not being drafter because BRPD have not said he is 100% CLEARED. A first round pick is valuable, a team will not risk even a slight chance that a 1st rounder is going away to jail.
