I was under the impression Alleva called them in because of the altercation, not because O tried to change the offense for one half of football.

I think everyone is mixing these up.

News flash: EVERY head coach at every level of every sport meddles. It’s his name that is attached to the wins and losses. Come on people y’all can’t be this dense.

Maybe he shouldn't have been hired. But he is here now, and we have a lot of money invested in him. He deserves the opportunity to pass or fail. And if he fails than its on him.

If O can fire an OC after one year LSu can fire O next year. This guy is out of his depth.

Was the altercation about something other than the offense?

Those seem like mighty fine hairs to split.

A d line coach shouldn’t meddle with an offensive coordinator who knows more about offense than said d line coach could ever dream of.

EVERY head coach

Does every head coach run for the job on the promise he has learned from his past failure and leave the offense in the hands of his offensive staff?

Looks like O said what others wanted to hear to get the job and after he had it, he went back to his true self.

If he is gonna be our coach (whether you agree or not), he has to do what HE feels is best.

What O thought was best produced a scoreless half against Troy at home.
