So you have a trip planned with your fiance' to visit her sister in NYC. You can give the plane ticket to her mom, suffer potential consequences and financial loss on "said" plane ticket, but attend the game this weekend.

What would you do?

Does the fiancé care?
Why is it now that you decided you'd like to attend the game?
You could have looked at the schedule before agreeing on this weekend to travel.

IDK. Stinks to be in this situation.

There are numerous stories you could create. NSA didn't allow you to board with such and such item and you missed the flight. Go for it. Going to be a big game. Don't miss it

With today's ease of watching the game somewhere, I'd say NYC.

You could go to the airport and just mention EBOLA in passing ... lol. Old and lame I know.

Really, though, didn't you check the schedule when planning the trip? I don't agree to much without checking the football schedule.

Too bad my niece didn't check when she planned her wedding. "It's an away game" they said. Big deal ... it's a game. I'll be in the corner with my phone.
