t he's not much of a shooter. There are much better shooting options out there. When he draws extra defenders, other guys will have to make shots

These are different things imo

When he's attacking the basket, he is going to get a good look or draw a foul a good portion of the time

That's when he needs to be more selfish, especially late game

He'll pick up some offensive fouls too, if he is too aggressive in traffic. Critical possessions, yes, he needs to be more selfish, but over the course of a game... His passing, right now, is maybe the best part of his game. LSU needs to make teams pay for collapsing down low and doubling Simmons. Getting Hornsby back should help a lot.

But, the bottom line for me is LSU needs to manage late game possessions better, on both sides of the ball. That's on the coaches, IMO. The top teams, which in NCAABB are typically the best coached teams, win games late.

This team is overhyped. Beating McNeese state and Sourh Alabama is not resume building. Same ole shite with Johnny Jones.

3-2 isn't gonna get it done. Get ready for a let down cause these three wins might get you to the NIT.

They lost to Old Dominion and a bad Clemson team last year and still made the tourney. Five games does not make a season and they don't have 2 of the five starters they will have in SEC play.

Best thing that could have happened to them IMO. Sometimes you have to go back to go forward.

I think it's always good to have your weaknesses exposed. Let's see what we do with that information.

We lost two and were very disappointing in the Bahamas last year and we have many cupkakes ahead
