By that I mean going from being Ed's boss to Ed being his boss. I wonder if Ed will have a bigger opinion/input on 3-4 vs. 4-3.

Ed is going to let his coaches coach and hold them accountable from my understanding.

Defense has been fine. A little more consistency and explosion from the offense would have had us 4-0.

Actually he's almost equal to O as Orgeron has promoted him to associate head coach.

Ehh, the Auburn performance was a bit concerning. They moved the ball until the redzone way too easily for that caliber offense.

Well when your shite punter can't kick the ball more than 30 yards you are putting your defense on short fields all night and they didn't allow them into the end zone a single time. Defense was fine, special teams and offense lost that game, defense kept it from being a blowout

That punter needs to go. Surely they can find someone else to kick the ball. Miles usually has about a 1000 kickers. He should have done the same with punting.

Defense may have been the best unit on the field, but 380 yards to Auburn and 8/19 on third downs to that crap offense is concerning. Nothing more, nothing less.

When you can't run 60 offensive plays and your D gives up 18 they did good

I don't remembering the exact quote from today, but O said something to the effect of Aranda being the best in the business. He seems very confident in him.

Time of possession wasn't that crazy though. Like 32 minutes for Auburn. I mean the defense turned it up in the red zone but we've had a tendency to give up some easy drives against Auburn, Wisky, and even JSU. We eventually turned up the heat, but at times it feels like we're playing with fire.

If Aranda is as intelligent as most believe, then he certainly envisioned the possibility of Les being fired and the subsequent shake up within the coaching staff. I expect Aranda to come through this just fine no matter the circumstance.

I think it is wrong to tell any new HC to retain a certain coach (or coaches). The HC needs complete freedom to choose his assistants. However, if Aranda wants to remain at LSU I think he's got a real shot, provided he get's a fair interview.

I bet Bebe has downed a case of red bulls since he got the news it was his job. He probably won't sleep for a week.

Why isn't aranda a head coach candidate after he has the best defense in the sec by the end of the year?

Some people man, did you bother to see how long the damn defense was on the field? It doesn't help when your offense goes 3 and out!
