That would be shocking. That means he would have hired a strong willed offensive coordinator who would be assured that Miles would not meddle with the offense.

Only Les would take a job at OM under the cloud(s) they will be under

True on the osu thing. He had some pretty good passing attack with a black qb who's name slips me.

And I agree with the 2011 assessment 100%. We lost the BSC national championship on that night in November.

Should have kept starting lee and using our play action. And let Jefferson run his 3-4 packages.

If Les went to a gun-slinging no huddle spread offense , I would have to look up to see the ground, the new bridge would have no traffic, and New Orleans would named " World's Cleanest City"

I feel if Les does accept another coaching position, and that is a BIG IF, that is exactly what he will do or try. At this point, what has he go to loose.

Part of me believes the only reason he was so stubborn on Offense at LSU is because a)he knew the defense was going to be lights out and B)RBs and Oline were usually the strength of the team. He knew if didnt HAVE to score 40 a game to win 10...most of the time.

The times we saw the Defense suck (2008 and 2013), we chunked the ball around quite a bit.

I would imagine Les at a school like OM would realize quickly that he would have to be more aggressive.

I could definitely see it happening. And i'm going to thoroughly enjoy watching the melt.

And yes, Okie St was very balanced and pretty damn aggressive on Off while he was there.

Do people not think for themselves?

If you were playing Scrabble against CLM and he had these tiles, he still couldn't and wouldn't spell "uptempo".

So no.

There's no reason to believe Les would ever do this. He'd probably just get his still unemployed old buddy Cameron Cameron to join a reunion tour.

It's gonna be hard to coach a team that doesn't get to play this year.

Wide open throwing it for 200 yards LSU fans have some seriously low expectations

He would absolutely ruin Shea, and I would laugh.
Les proved the game had passed him bye over the last few years, with LSU and the talent that was dumped in his lap. There is a reason no one has picked him up.
I'm rooting for Les to OM. One less West opponent to worry about.
