There were lots of people from out of state posting about taking their first trip to Death Valley last week. Anyone run into any on game day?

Had a friend of mine who is a Georgia fan come in for the game bc we don't play UGA until 2024 here, he had a blast, but was upset that we didn't get to go out and celebrate after the game and was amazed at the clusterfrick of traffic

We actually play UGA at home in 2018. We just don't go back to Athens until 2025.

Two Brothers made the trip from UGA to be at a big game. They were very impressed with the crowd and the fact they could get fried catfish and gumbo inside the stadium.

I met a couple from utah. She was wearing byu earrings. it was the gentleman's birthday and the couple's 40th anniversary. I met them around Ceba and Nicholson ext. They asked where they could buy some food. I told them to walk around to the north end zone...then keep on walking up the hill and let people know they were out of town and they would be offered everything.

He asked if his seats were good. He had east side 50 yrd line row 30. I said ummmm yeah they are ok

Very nice couple. Hope they enjoyed their day!

One of the Bowling Green fans here. There were a total of five of us. My brother and I met up with PhiTiger at his tailgate and damn they showed us a hell of a time.

I'm sure I probably bumped into a bunch of other people, but things got blurry after my fourth shot of Maker's Mark in under five minutes. Don't worry though, I came back to my senses just in time for kickoff.

All in all, absolutely incredible experience. Weather was phenomenal, people were friendly, food was incredible. Game didn't turn out how I had hoped, but the energy and noise was something I'll never forget.

I would love to come back one day.

Ran into a 50-something couple dressed in Oregon regalia on the concourse by 215 at halftime.

Said they were in NOLA & wanted to see what the fuss was all about. Said they couldn't hear themselves think at times during the first half.

A guy sitting beside me told me when we got the fumble that he'd flown in for the game and that he hadn't been back to LSU in 30 years. He said "I just knew we'd win it this way". After the kickoff went out of bounds he said "I know we won't give this away!" I assured him "Oh we got this. They're out of timeouts." We kept up hope til the end, but not much more was said.

Met a older guy who was an Bama fan who said visiting TS was on his bucket list. He had always wanted to come, but never got the chance. His wife just passed away recently so he thought this would be as good of time as any. He said it was everything he expected and more. He had a great time and was a very nice man. He enjoyed the experience. Also met several people from California that were going to the Niners/Saints game and came tailgating. They all said this was the best place they have ever been to in terms of gameday environment. Those guys have been all over the country to tons of stadiums and said nothing even remotely comes close. Not sure how many other SEC venues they'd been to.

i ran into a group of 4 or 5 guys all wearing SF giants hats and LSU shirts. It didn't take me long to call them out on really being in LA for the niners game and just crossing one more off the bucket list. I saw them before the game at Mike's cage, so didn't get to ask them about the in game experience, but all signs were pointing to an incredible time pre-game.

My friend from Philly and his 13 year old son had an absolute blast. His son said on the flight back that he wants to go to school at LSU.
